Best sushi around! Staff is always welcoming and the cleanest restaurant you'll find. Terrific meal always!

Server was very attentive and available. He made sure we had everything we needed and was very kind. We got crab rangoons and three sushi rolls, all of which were fantastic and very fresh. We went on a Sunday afternoon, so it was very quiet in there and a nice environment for a simple date. Will definitely come back!California RollTuna Avocado Roll

I travel for my work and eat at sushi restaurants all over the country and in Tokyo . This is clearly one of the better ones and definitely one of the best ones in the Philadelphia area. The food is fresh and expertly prepared. The service is excellent and the prices are very reasonable My only regret is that I live an hour away.

Visited this restaurant yesterday for the second time. We came here during dinner time around 7:30ish I believe and there was only one other table. Hardly anyone in there. That could possibly be due to Covid but yes, they are open for dine in. My experience here this time was alright, not the best but not the worst. First they had a non-updated menu given out to their customers. The menu said kids meal comes with salad, rice, and vegetables. But the waitress later tells me that menu is not updated. They dont have that offered anymore. But I bring up the fact that it's on the menu and that I already told the kids, the waitress said she will provide that for the kids. In my opinion, if you didn't have the menu reprint with the updates, at least cross out what you wont be including in the meal so customers wont expect those for the price they pay for. Secondly, there was some dirty stuff on the stack of clean plates the waitress gave us. This wasn't much of an issue cause she just changed that for me. After eating from other different Japanese restaurants, this one is only so so, not the best one. The sushi was ok. I ordered takoyaki (have eaten much better ones), hamachi kama (quite small but not bad), salmon avocado hand roll, sexy lady roll, naruto roll, and a kid's teriyaki steak meal with miso soup. My friend and her family didn't enjoy their food much. Maybe not a place for us to come back for the price and quality we get, but the service wasn't too bad overall.

Decent sushi selection in a newer strip mall setting. Really enjoyed the Ocean Special Roll and the Hawaiian Special Roll. Pro tip: The liquor store is right next door and we stopped and got some nice sake to enjoy with our meal. The service was not very friendly or welcoming, which is why this missed the mark of a 5 star review.

Very good sushi in Royersford. I opted to try a panoply of options: the tartare, seaweed, soup, and full sushi platter. The starters were very good. The tuna tartare was very firm yet delicately tender. Excellent. The ponzu sauce was too acidic and worked a bit too hard in the dish. The avocado was fresh and soft. I found the sushi to be of decent, but not excellent quality. The cuts of fish tasted a bit defrosted and had lacked the subtle flavors of the sea and creamy texture of more premium grade sushi. While this was a good sushi dinner for a faor price, it did not powerfully impress me. For this area, this is standout Japanese food though.
